Abed Centre – The Club House and Magnolia – Kather Kutir including common facilities are for Associate Members and their friends & families. The existing facilities are inadequate for corporate parties and picnics. We also do not encourage such parties. However if an associate member intends to visit the site with his friends and families they are welcome. Following are the available facilities and procedures for visitors to take note:

Available Facilities Club House - "Abed Centre":
► Lounging and accommodation for 40 – 50 persons including children
► 1 x Bathroom
► Catering Facilities for 25 persons with cutleries & crockery
► 2 x Gas burners with LP gas
► Traditional fire wood cooking facilities .
Accommodation - "Magnolia":
► 2 x Bed (Twin Share) with bathroom
► Dining room with 6 persons dining chair & table
► Wide verandah in the front & eastern side of the accommodation having 10 – 12 person’s seating arrangements
► Other facilities for two couples are available
One Bedroom House - "Kather Kutir":
► A wooden log house with a wrap around verandah
► Accommodation for one couple (twin bed) with one bathroom
Water
Tube well/Shallow pump are used for drinking water and other purposes. On request mineral water can be made available.
Local Catering Facilities
Small groups of people will be catered by our local administrative staff. Advanced booking/request has to be given in consideration with available local resources; menu is done as per “Bangladeshi Food” with local produce. Catering for friends and families of more than 10 persons can be arranged with the local cook and supplies of other items/facilities. Advanced coordination is needed in this case.
Service Charges
Service charges for friends and families accompanied by an associate member is min Tk. 1,000/- and more than 5 persons will be per head Tk. 100/- excluding food at the Club House area.
